FDL series

The symmetrical air conduction throughout the inner chamber and the defined air-flow rates guarantee reproducible data and the exact definition of non-volatile compounds (NFA according to ISO 3251). The silicone, dust-free inner chamber reliably prevents undesirable changes in the paint surfaces. The large-surface filter cartridge attains a considerably higher filtration efficiency than e.g. filter fleece and reliably collects suspended particles from the fresh air. It can be replaced particularly easily as a whole unit, with no filter residues penetrating the inner chamber. The practical inner chamber width of 602 mm enables drying of all common test-sheet sizes.
Safety and paint-drying ovens in the FDL series fulfil all the safety regulations for handling substances containing solvents, in accordance with EN 1539 (formerly VBG 24).
